Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StratosFlow ("the Service") at stratosflow.dev and its subdomain applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StratosFlow provides a business intelligence platform that includes: ReviewHub for AI-powered review management and response generation; Echo for automated customer email campaigns and sequences; Scout for competitor review monitoring (early access); Beacon for local SEO auditing (coming soon); and integrations with third-party services such as Google Business Profile.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; generate or distribute spam, misleading, or fraudulent content using our AI tools; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; use the Service to violate any third-party rights; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate review responses and campaign messages. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is published or sent. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legal compliance of AI-generated content.

Email marketing. Echo sends emails to contacts you provide. You represent that you have a lawful basis and any required consent to email each contact, and you agree to comply with all applicable anti-spam and marketing laws (including the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and GDPR/PECR where relevant). Every email includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe, bounce, and spam-complaint signals automatically. We may suspend sending if we detect abuse, high complaint rates, or content that violates these Terms.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts such as Google Business Profile. By connecting these accounts, you authorize StratosFlow to access and use data from these services as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect.

7. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and usage limits are described on our billing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free tier users are subject to usage limits as described in the Service.

Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method at any time from the billing page via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by StratosFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StratosFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
